- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Maintain and order office supplies as needed - Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems - Knowledge of basic office management procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong verbal communication skills - Available to work Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm Preferred Skills:
- Experience working as a receptionist in a law office or other professional office.
