Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed - Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages - Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry - Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or office setting is preferred - Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information As an Office Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
