Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Maintain and organize physical and electronic files - Retrieve files as requested by staff and clients - Assist with data entry tasks - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Provide administrative support to the team as needed - Prepare post cards and mailing list Requirements:
- Previous experience as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in using office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Basic computer skills including data entry and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent qualification Note:
