Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Perform basic clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
