We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clearance Officer to join our team.
As a Clearance Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the process of clearing exceptions to title for our organization.
This role requires strong communication skills, and industry underwriting expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the clearance process for our organization - Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective clearance operations - Report directly to underwriting counsel - Collaborate with co-workers to identify potential clearance issues and develop solutions - Negotiate clearance terms with external parties - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to clearance requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for process improvement - Provide guidance and support to staff regarding clearance procedures
Experience:
