We are looking for a dedicated Non-Profit Representative who are passionate about making a difference.
As a Non-Profit Representative, you will play a crucial role in raising funds and support for the organizations we partner up with.
Your primary responsibility will be to host face to face fundraising events on behalf of the charities, and speak with potential donors, providing them with information about the organizations and encouraging them to contribute.
Your ability to effectively communicate, utilize upselling techniques, and provide excellent customer service will be essential in achieving our fundraising goals.
PSA:
This is an onsite/in person role.
Commuting to our office (500 Old Country RD Garden City NY 11530) daily is a requirement as well as following set schedule (Mon-Fri 8:
30am-5:
30pm) Active Duties:
Provide information about the non-profit organizations and their missions Encourage customer acquisition on behalf of our non-profit partners for on-going support Provide excellent customer service by addressing donor inquiries and concerns Follow the core values of the company Requirements:
Communication skills Willingness to work in a team based environment Able to work outdoors and have an openness to travel Professional and positive attitude An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people Pay Structure Base plus commission structure Weekly pay (every Friday) First and second week new start training bonuses Six month quality incentives Average pay range for our office is $600- $1,200 weekly pay out based on efforts
