This position is a Full-Time position located in Valley Stream, NY.
The ideal candidate will have familiarity working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Must have a strong working knowledge of office computer use (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) Responsibilities include:
Assist with scheduling of monthly inspections for multiple facilities General administrative work for the department Weekly reporting summaries Track invoices and payments via check request for department Status tracking and pending and new projects within the department Preparation and tracking of all service, repair and construction agreements Contact vendors and subcontractors for various project quotes.
Research specification projects.
Follow up to ensure work have been completed Coordinate internal and external meetings, provide calendar management, conference calls and appointment scheduling Organization of digital and physical files via Dropbox Additional general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong problem-solving, workload management, and organizational skills with limited supervision Professional, self-motivated, team player with strong collaboration skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
