Duties:

Execute data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
Assist in assembling mailings and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Prioritize following up with leads and managing phone inquiries efficiently.
Ensure timely responses to client queries and concerns, resolving issues with empathy and understanding Collaborate with team members to streamline communication processes and improve client experience, contributing your positive energy and people skills to every interaction
Experience:
