Seeking a Branch Manager ANDBM
Our Client Company is a recognized, top-3PL provider and a great supply chain partner, offering streamlined, compliant, and efficient logistics solutions. The annual salary is 61K 76K dollars, depending on experience. Relocation assistance is potentially available for the right candidate.
The Branch Manager champions the profitable operation of the branch by ensuring excellence in the delivery of customer service, strict adherence to company policies and procedures, and the provision of a well-trained and motivated staff. Additional responsibilities include conducting customer/prospect calls to develop new business, preparing monthly management reports, and staying up to date on all customs changes and A.N.D. policies and procedures.
Requirements:
(Note: Only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered.)
Bachelors degree or extensive on-the-job training and experience, combined with extensive
and up-to-date internal and/or external job-pertinent continuing education
Seven to ten years of customs brokerage experience
U.S. Customs Brokerage licensure
Five years of supervisory experience managing a mid-sized staff
Extensive knowledge of A.N.D. policies and procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement
Transportation/export/warehouse experience
